PAYMENT TERM
All orders shall be paid with CREDIT CARD (Visa, Master Card, Discover).
Refused/Returned orders will incur a 15% restocking fee and freight charges due.
SHIPPING TERMS
Orders are shipped FOB Laguna Hills, California by UPS, or common carriers of your choice.
Minimum orders $15.00.
It shall be buyers responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and local laws covering the items listed in this Web site.
Federal, States and or local authorities may have laws or regulation related to the purchase, offering or sale certain item. It is purchasers responsibility that applicable Federal, State and or local ordinance will be complied with in connection with the sale of purchase of any items sold by us. Any offering of any items whether contained in our Web site, price list or otherwise are void where prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
RETURNS AND SHORTAGES
Shortages or damages in transit must be claimed with carrier. Please have driver note damages on boxes or open boxes at time of delivery. You must save all boxes and packing material for inspection. We must be notified within 48 hours.
To return defective merchandise. Contact your customer service representative within 5 days of delivery for your return authorization number.
All return for replacement or repair will be taken care of only if it is found to be a manufacturer defect. No exchanges will be given on items returned with missing parts. Used items will be discarded and no credit will be given. There will be a 15% charge on items with any type of label/stickers. Warranty does not apply to used or tampered merchandise.
All returns must be prepaid or they will be refused. Returns are subject to our inspection. Merchandise returned and found not ours will be returned at your expense.
Returns or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
